University Pathway Programme (UPP)

⚫ Levels: B1–C2
⚫ Start dates: Any Monday
⚫ Duration: 2 weeks to 12 months
⚫ Hours: 22.5 per week (morning and afternoon classes)
⚫ Class size: Average 8 (max 16)

Our University Pathway Programme is designed for students who want to study at a UK university and need to develop the English proficiency and academic skills required for higher education.

You will receive comprehensive general English training alongside focused academic skills development, including academic writing, note-taking, academic reading, assignment writing, presentations and study skills. Sessions on University Life and Cultural Awareness will prepare you for studying and living in the UK, and you’ll visit local universities to gain valuable insight into campus life and meet current UK university students.

At the end of the course, you will take the Kaplan Test of English (KTE). Students who achieve the required score can progress to Kaplan Pathways, with whom we have an established partnership.

I wanted to study English in England at an English UK School so I spent six months at Anglotec and it was such a nice experience! The staff and students are great people. I really improved my English and it helped me to actually be able to work in a bilingual company. Also, the town is beautiful, you can visit either the sea or the mountains. The locals are very nice and they helped all the time. My host family was very special to me and I hope I can go back again sometime.
